Parties!

Well, guys, life in Canada so far, isn't that bad. Despite missing the food from Malaysia, obviously, but I have Malaysian friends here, who have made me not miss Malaysia so much. Here many thanks to Uncle Tony and Aunty Lilian, and Aunty Bati, with Avi and Pryangka! Thanks a lot for you guys for giving us hope for adapting to life over here.

Well, recently, we've had a few parties. One of which was a random party with Uncle Tony with his family, together with Brother Francis, Angus and Sister Margaret! Thanks to Uncle Tony, Aunty Lilian and Sister Margaret for their awesome cooking and fantastic TEH TARIK!

It was a really delicious nite, and with good company too!

Another party was on Deepavali! This party, we traveled up north to Aurora with the GO Bus. It was near, around 45 minutes from Downtown Toronto. As soon we reached the place, it was quiet, but as we saw a bronze Toyota Venza at the entrance to the bus stop, we knew that our ride was here. It was a celebration for Hindu's, and with lots and lots of food. Not to mention I can stay overnight and play Assasin Creed 2! Well, on the PS3 of course.

As we finished dinner, we went out, and saw snow! The toyota is covered snow and so was the grass. It was around 2 degrees there at that time.

The hard grass due to the cold from the snow on it

So, in conclusion, these are some of the things that make me happy here.
